The first report came in around 5 p.m., when a mother alerted police that her son had been shot in the 3000 block of Oakley Avenue, Tuesday, Aug. 23, according to Baltimore police.
The mother told officers that her son had taken himself to the hospital after the shooting.
Officers were able to go to the hospital and locate the 34-year-old man who was being treated for a gunshot wound to his leg, according to the department.
Several hours later, police officers heard gunshots while patrolling in the 100 block of Bond Street Street, around 10:10 p.m.
The officers searched the area and found two teenage boys also suffering from gunshot wounds to their legs, they said.
The 16-year-old and 17-year-old boys were rushed to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their condition was not immediately available early on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
